Client is a businessman.
The layout is very comfortable for living. The living area is separated from the bedroom area by glass sliding partitions and blackout curtains. We also created a large dressing room with a laundry area and a full storage space in the apartment.
In the living area, the sofa is positioned so that when watching TV, one can enjoy stunning views of Moscow.
Additionally, in this small apartment, we were able to allocate a full working area.
Premium materials were used in the finishing, such as American walnut, combined with classic floor-to-ceiling door panels and a cornice.
